Manage all your forms in one library and reuse them across your events
Until now, forms in Billy lived inside a single event. Each time you opened a new one, you rebuilt the same questionnaire field by field. There was no way to see what you were collecting across your organization, no way to reuse a form that already worked, and fixing a wording mistake meant fixing it ten times. Customer information was locked into a fixed contact block, so the data you actually needed often had to be collected some other way.
That changes today with Reusable Forms.
Forms now belong to your organization, not to a single event. Build a form once, reuse it wherever you need it, and manage everything you collect from one library.
What's available:
- 📚 An organization forms library: see every form you own in one place, with the offers and sales channels each one is attached to.
- ♻️ Reuse a form on a new sale: pick an existing customer form when configuring a sales channel instead of rebuilding it.
- 🎟️ Attendee forms shared across events: one attendee form can serve several events and offers at once.
- 🏷️ Smart fields: add first name, last name, email, phone and other common fields in one click, on both customer and attendee forms, and they land in the right place in your orders.
- 🧾 Customer data you control: the information you collect from buyers now comes from your customer form, so the order panel shows exactly the fields you asked for.
Why it matters:
- ⏱️ Set up new events faster: no more rebuilding the same questionnaire for every event you open.
- 🎯 Consistent data across your catalog: the same questions, worded the same way, wherever you sell.
- 🔍 Full visibility: spot forms that are attached to nothing, and know what each form is used for before you change
it.
🎉 The result: you build your forms once, reuse them everywhere, and collect exactly the information your business needs, while buyers and attendees answer a form that finally makes sense.
Improvements
Events
- Event tags are now available across event pages. Add tags when you create an event or at any time afterwards. Tags are shared across your organisation, so you pick from the ones you already use instead of inventing a new spelling every time. They appear directly on your event cards, and you can filter your event list by one or several tags at once.
Invitations
- You can now upload a CSV to send invitations in batch, instead of adding your guests one by one.
Analytics
- A new event analytics panel brings your key event numbers together in one screen.
- Each panel now has a download button: export exactly what you're looking at as a CSV, for the time range you've selected.
